About Me

Throughout my practice I use contrasting materials to explore turmoil within identity and environment. I am interested in themes surrounding gender, queerness, memory and personal history. Shedding light on topics that are often considered taboo, my work is highly personal and intimate. People often find my vulnerability either validating or uncomfortable, and I'm always interested in fostering conversation. Being able to share that kind of bond or conversation with my viewers is a main driving force behind the creation of my work.
